In the early 1970s, the Zimmer family founded the Winstub “Au Tire-Bouchon”. Wine sales and small local dishes are the main features of the establishment. Le Tire-Bouchon has a capacity of 150 covers spread across 4 areas.
Discover our 16th-century cellar and let yourself be transported through the ages, where our ancestors have already left their mark with a candle on the white clay ceiling.
Our AOC, Grands Crus, Vendanges Tardives, and Sélection Grains Nobles wines will awaken your senses. Philippe, our knowledgeable customer advisor, will be happy to welcome you and guide you in your selection.
For individuals or groups, we organize tastings and tours of our cellar (by reservation only).
